EPL: Manchester United narrowly draw Aston Villa at Old Trafford

It rained goals at Old Trafford on Sunday as struggling Manchester United narrowly secured a draw against Aston Villa in their English Premier League match.
Villa stunned United from the blast of the whistle, netting an opener courtesy of Alysson in the first minute of the game.
The Red Devils had yet to find their rhythm when Villa struck again as Nicolas Jackson made it two for the visitors in the 4th minute.
Settling into the game, Bruno Fernandes pulled one back for United from the spot in the 16th minute.
After much pushing, former Villa midfielder Youri Tielemans levelled for the Red Devils a few minutes before the break, leaving both sides level going into the second half.
Villa returned much stronger in the second half, netting two more goals.
John McGinn scored from the spot in the 48th minute, while Leon Goretzka made it four for Villa in the 53rd minute.
The Red Devils, however, fought their way back into the game to share points with Villa towards the end.
Joshua Zirkzee’s 90+2 goal and Patrick Dorgu’s 90+7 goal rescued a point for the Red Devils.
With eight points from 10 games so far, United are now 18th in the EPL, while Villa is 12th on the log with 13 points from 10 games.
