FBI offers $10,000 for information on killer of 12-year-old girl

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has offered a reward of up to $10,000 for information that can lead to the arrest and conviction of the killer of Marvayah Darby, a 12-year-old girl shot in the head.
The FBI made the announcement on its website on Saturday, urging the public to support its investigations into the death of the 12-year-old with information.
“The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Police Department are seeking information regarding the death of 12-year-old Marvayah Darby,” the FBI said.
According to the FBI, at approximately 1:20 a.m., on June 13, 2025, Ms Darby was shot in the head and killed while sleeping in her home in the 5000 block of N. 73rd Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
“The home was struck by multiple rounds fired by unknown suspect(s) from an unknown vehicle. Law enforcement believes a silver or grey SUV may have been involved in this incident,” the FBI said.
Those with information that could aid the arrest, prosecution and conviction of Ms Darby’s killer are to reach out to the Milwaukee Police Department, the FBI said.
