Fireboy DML sets August 7 release date for ‘CLAAT!’

Afrobeats singer Adedamola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML, has announced that his highly anticipated single ‘CLAAT!’ will be released on August 7. He announced in a post on X on Wednesday.
He shared a monochrome teaser video and captioned it ‘CLAAT! 08/07’, confirming the release date. The teaser comes days after Fireboy DML confirmed that his fifth studio album, ‘ZUKO!’, is on the way.
Fireboy, who signed to YBNL Nation in 2018, rose to prominence with his 2019 debut album, ‘Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps’.
He gained international recognition with the global hit ‘Peru’ and has since released ‘Apollo’, ‘Playboy’ and ‘Adedamola’.
The ‘CLAAT!’ teaser has drawn reactions from fans across social media, with many anticipating the August 7 release.
