The defendant, comprising two males and two females, includes Mohammed Ibrahim, 34; Taiwo Ogunsanya, 40; Abiola Adebayo, 37; and Blessing Chukwu, 40.
They are standing trial on four counts, including conspiracy, theft, and conduct likely to breach the peace.

The prosecutor, Aminu Isaac, told the court that the defendants committed the offences on December 25, 2025, at the PZ Cusson company in Ikorodu.
He alleged that the first and second defendants (Ibrahim and Ogunsanya) conspired to steal raw petroleum jelly belonging to the company, valued at N5 million.
He alao alleged that the third and fourth defendants (Adebayo and Chukwu) on the same date, received the stolen products and promo items from the first and second defendants.
The offences contravene the provisions of sections 168(d), 287, 328, and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The magistrate, Mr B.A. Sonuga, granted the defendants bail of N500,000 each, with two sureties each in like sum.
He adjourned the case until February 5 for mention.
