FRSC decorates 28 newly promoted officers in Benue

On Friday, the Federal Road Safety Corps in Benue decorated 28 newly promoted officers.
According to the sector commander, Steve Ayodele, FRSC promoted 1,395 across Nigeria, and 28 serve in Benue.
Mr Ayodele said that the promotion was a harmonisation exercise approved by Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed, stressing that it was a demonstration of the commitment of the corps marshal to reposition FRSC.
He further disclosed that the corps marshal recognised the hard work of the newly promoted officers and urged them to use their new positions responsibly.
He stated that the aim was a significant step towards boosting morale and motivating the personnel to strive for excellence in their duties.
The assistant comptroller of the Nigeria Correctional Service, Adams Ongaji, urged the newly promoted officers to double their performances to appreciate the corps marshal for approving their promotions.
In a goodwill message, Tompev Solomon, the deputy commandant of NSCDC, advised the officers to continue to do their best and allow God to take the lead.
Meanwhile, Solomon Adaga, the coordinator in Benue, encouraged the newly promoted officers to continue to discharge their duties creditably.
Superintendent of the corps, Ngozi Ahula, who spoke on behalf of the newly promoted officers, appreciated the corps marshal approving their promotions.
Ms Ahula stated that the promotion would spur them to do more for the corps.
