The governor’s felicitation is contained in a statement issued in Asaba by his chief press secretary, Festus Ahon, and made available on Wednesday.

Mr Oborevwori described the speaker as “a leader with a strong sense of purpose”.
According to him, Mr Guwor’s leadership has sustained stability in the House, fostering cooperation and mutual respect among the arms of government.
He applauded the legislature, under Mr Guwor’s watch, for maintaining a seamless lawmaking process, particularly in the passage of impactful bills and resolutions, aimed at improving the welfare of Delta people.
