Gov Soludo inaugurates multibed-spaced hospital in Anaocha LGA
Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra inaugurated a 100-bed spaced hospital in Ichida, Anaocha Local Government Area of the state, on Tuesday.
During the inauguration, Mr Soludo said the hospital, St. Charles Galaxy Hospital, will improve access to healthcare delivery.
The governor commended the community for erecting the hospital’s structure in partnership with the government.
“We appreciate this public-private partnership because the government cannot meet the people’s health needs alone,” he said.
He noted that his administration has a responsibility to improve residents’ lives through quality healthcare and education.
The state commissioner for health, Afam Obidike, said the modernly equipped hospital will increase patient care in the community and environs.
The hospital’s manager, Augustine Igwebuike, said the facility’s mission is to deliver efficient healthcare services and reduce mortality.
