Innoson Showroom: Kidnappers abduct three in Anambra

The police and a joint task force in Anambra have launched a rescue operation for three persons abducted on Tuesday at Innoson’s showroom in Anambra.
In a statement on Wednesday, the command’s spokesman, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, who confirmed the incident, said the victims were kidnapped in the evening at the Innoson motorcycle showroom on Owerri Road in Nnewi.
He said the command had initiated a rescue operation and urged anyone with useful information that could aid the investigation to come forward to the command’s headquarters, Awka, or the nearest police station.
The command’s spokesman also said that persons with information on the abduction could call the toll-free emergency number 112 or 07039194332.
