Instagram deletes Tunde Ednut’s backup page

Social media platform Instagram, has yet again deleted the backup account of controversial blogger Tunde Ednut.
Tunde Ednut had on July 2 urged his followers to follow his backup account after Instagram stripped him of his recently created second account, Peoples Gazette reported.
Yet, Instagram has now deleted his backup account barely a day after.
Ednut’s initial verified account with over 2.6 million followers was deleted for violating the platform rules and regulation in December, 2020.
The Nigerian blogger made an unforgettable comeback to the platform on January 10, 2021 with a second account that attained over a million followers three days after it was created but was later suspended and eventually deleted on July 2.
According to reports, the blogger used his initial humongous account to body shame women and cyber bully other celebrities which led to the deletion of the account.
However, the reason the platform deleted Mr Ednut’s second account and backup account is yet to be confirmed.
