Mr Anyaso urged Mr Soludo to take the Ease of Doing Business seriously to unlock the trade and entrepreneurship advantage of the state.

He expressed confidence that the governor would conclude the ongoing conversation on consolidated tax and levies payable to the government by marketers in the state.

Mr Anyaso assured the governor of the continued support and willingness of marketers to cooperate with his administration.

He saud, â€œOn behalf of petroleum products markers in Enugu Depot Community, especially our members in Anambra, I want to extend our hearty congratulations to Prof. Chukwuma Soludo on his victory in the November 8 governorship election. His landslide victory is not just for him as an individual but for the entire people of Anambra State who spoke convincingly with their votes across the 21 local government areas of the state.

“As businessmen, we are willing as always to work with him in the second term, so we call on him to build on the existing rate of Ease of Doing Business in order to encourage investment, create employment and fight poverty.

“On our part as IPMAN, we call on the governor to graciously revisit the issue of consolidated revenue payable by marketers in Anambr conclude it to end harassment of members by local council authorities.”

Mr Anyaso prayed for the success of Mr Soludo’s second term and prosperity of Anambra State under him.
