BBNaija ex-housemate Patrick Fakoya aka Rico Swavey is dead.
Former co-housemate Tobi Bakre announced Rico Swavey’s demise on Thursday (today) morning.
“We lost him. But thanks a lot guys. God knows best,” said Tobi.
The reality star, actor and singer was involved in a ghastly car crash in the early hours of Tuesday at the Abraham Adesanya junction, Ajah and was receiving treatment at the ICU of EverCare Hospital Lekki.
A crowdfunding of N30 million had been launched for his treatment via a patrickfakoya.com, with only N687,000 raised as of the time of filing this report.
He was popular for his kitchen duties and peaceable attitude during his time in the house, and for his roles in Tinsel, Amstel Malta’s Life 101 teen series and other projects, including music.
