Manchester City win English Premier League

Manchester City on Sunday defeated Aston Villa 3-2 to win 2021/202 English Premier League title.
Staging a comeback against Aston Villa, City edged out rival Liverpool with two points on the last day of the league at the Etihad Stadium.
Matty Cash gave Aston Villa the lead in the 37th minute, threatening City’s chance of winning the EPL title this season.
With City Under intense pressure, former Liverpool player, Philipe Coutinho, doubled Villa’s leading the second half.
Pep Guardiola’s boys, however, staged a brilliant come back in the last 20 minutes of the game, grabbing all three points to lift the trophy.
İlkay GündoÄŸan, in the 76th minute, steered City fans’ hope will a lovely strike.
Rodri levelled for City, cancelling Villa’s second goal two two minutes later.
Gündoğan delivered City the winning goal, scoring in the 81st minutes to wrap up the tough season for City.
With 93 points in 38 games, City edged out Liverpool by a point to win this season EPL title.
Meanwhile, at Anfield Liverpool defeated Wolves 3-1, garnering a total of 92 points in 38 games.
