Soun of Ogbomoso is dead

The monarch was coronated King of Ogbomoso in 1973, succeeding Salami Ajiboye Itabiyi.

The Soun Of Ogbomoso, Oba Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi, Ajagungbade III, is dead.

The monarch passed on in the early hours of December 12, at the age of 95.

Mr Oyewumi was coronated King of Ogbomoso in 1973, succeeding Salami Ajiboye Itabiyi.
