Daniel Amos, a member of the House of Representatives representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency in Kaduna State, has declared his intention to seek reelection in 2027, promising effective, inclusive and people-oriented representation.
Mr Amos, who chairs the House Committee on House Services, made the declaration in Kafanchan.
He said he would prioritise infrastructure development, education, healthcare, job creation, and sustained engagement with constituents.
The lawmaker listed his achievements, including co-sponsoring bills to establish the Federal Medical Centre, Kafanchan, and the Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia.
He added that he had facilitated the disbursement of N400 million to over 3,000 constituents for start-ups and business support, as well as the renovation and equipping of several primary healthcare centres across the constituency.
Mr Amos thanked supporters and All Progressives Congress (APC) party leaders for their support, assuring them of improved performance if re-elected.
Earlier, the chairman of his campaign council, Nathaniel Bawa, described Mr Amos as a competent and experienced leader with the capacity to deliver quality representation.

He expressed confidence in the lawmaker’s ability to promote youth and women’s empowerment, as well as grassroots development.
Other speakers commended Mr Amos’ contributions to the constituency and expressed confidence in his capacity to attract more development and provide purposeful leadership.
