According to the statement, parents and guardians of boarding school students should be in schools to convey their wards home in the early hours of Friday.

It added that boarding school students are to resume on Sunday, September 7, while day students are expected back in school on Monday, September 8.

Mr Kiru quoted the Commissioner for Education, Dr Ali Makoda, as urging parents and guardians to ensure strict compliance with the approved resumption dates.
