Kano pilgrims laud Gov. Yusuf’s meal subsidies in Saudi Arabia

Pilgrims from Kano State on Wednesday lauded Governor Abba Yusuf for providing meals and bottled water to pilgrims in Mina, Saudi Arabia.
A pilgrim from Karaye Local Government Area of the state, Abbas Iliya, specifically said the provision of the essentials would greatly enhance pilgrims’ experience.
Mr Iliya described the initiative as a great achievement, ensuring a hassle-free hajj experience.
According to him, the provision of meals will enable pilgrims to focus more on their devotion.
The pilgrim expressed gratitude to the government and prayed for the governor’s success in all his endeavours.
Aminu Mohammad from Tauroni Local Government Area also praised Mr Yusuf for providing food and clean drinking water to pilgrims.
He said that assorted fruits and bottled water would boost the pilgrims’ nutrition.
Mr Mohammed commended the governor’s intervention, describing it as a demonstration of good leadership and dedication.
He said that the provision of meals and clean drinking water had been well received by the pilgrims, enabling them to focus on their spiritual journey without distraction.
He stated, “Yesterday in Makkah, Yusuf, while supervising the pilgrims to Mina from Makka, presented flasks and umbrellas to all 3,345 pilgrims. This thoughtful gesture is expected to greatly benefit the pilgrims, enabling them to observe Hajj rituals with ease and minimal stress.’’
A pilgrim from Gwale Local Government Area of the state, Bashir Waibai, also expressed gratitude to the governor for providing the needs of the pilgrims in the Holy land.
He said that the provision of decent meals, good drinking water, and umbrellas had been praised as a thoughtful gesture that would enable pilgrims to perform hajj without stress.
Mr Waibai prayed for the governor’s success and the growth of the state under his watch.
