American rapper Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a party co-hosted by him and his embattled colleague Sean “Diddy” Combs.

According to PEOPLE, the complainant said West committed “sexual battery” after serving her a laced drink.

Pisciotta claimed that during the event, West pressured her to drink, and shortly after consuming a drink, she began to feel disoriented.

She described entering “an altered state” and losing control over her body and speech.

Pisciotta asserts that her memory of the night is a blur, but she woke up the next morning feeling ill and confused, with no recollection of what had transpired.

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta was unaware of any assault until much later when she began working for West.

During a conversation, West allegedly admitted that they had “kind of hooked up” that night. Pisciotta, who had no memory of this, was reportedly shocked.

The lawsuit accuses West of gender violence and sexual battery.

Pisciotta also accused West in June of sending her explicit texts and videos, creating a toxic work environment, and wrongfully terminating her employment.

West’s legal team strongly denied the accusations, describing the claims as baseless. His representatives accused Pisciotta of blackmail and attempting to exploit her employment for financial gain.

They also indicated that West intends to countersue.

Meanwhile, Diddy, who co-hosted the event, is not accused of wrongdoing in this case but is embroiled in legal troubles related to separate sexual misconduct allegations.
