Kenya’s Business Daily increases price of newspaper

Kenya’s Business Daily has announced a price hike for its publications.
The news outlet disclosed this in a statement titled ‘Effective May 20th, 2024, there will be a price adjustment for both The Business Daily Newspaper and ePaper’.
It said the Business Daily would retail “at Ksh.100 and the ePaper at Ksh. 80,” adding that the price adjustment will help maintain the publication’s excellence and uphold its dedication to providing invaluable insights to its readers.
The media outlet also stated that the hike is due to changes in market dynamics that have been affecting its cost of production in offering exclusive business content and data insights, as well as a commitment to delivering value, credibility, and innovative solutions.
