Lionel Richie hospitalised in ICU after St. Louis concert

U.S. singer and Grammy-award winner, Lionel Richie, has been hospitalised after he fell ill while struggling to finish his concert in St. Louis, Missouri, over the weekend.
The 77-year-old checked himself into a local hospital after he ran some tests.
The singer struggled towards the end of his set performing his final song, ‘All Night Long’. He later asked his team to bring him a chair so he could finish the rest of the show while seated.
In June, the singer had a health scare where he had to cut his show in St. Paul, Minnesota, after he felt “dizzy and strange.” He was later rushed to the hospital by ambulance for treatment
The singer has postponed two of his shows in Chicago and Columbus after his doctors advised him to rest and recover.
