The newly elected speaker was sworn into office alongside the member representing Jos South Constituency, Fom Gwottson, who emerged as Deputy Speaker.

Messrs Sule and Gwottson were nominated by members representing Qua’an Pan South Constituency, Cornelius Dongnaan Doeyok, and Shendam Constituency Joe Bukar, respectively.

Both nominations were seconded by member representing Pankshin North constituency, Gabriel Dewan, and member representing Riyom Constituency, Timothy Dantong.

“We are here for Plateau people, we are not here as political parties. We appreciate our electorates for the confidence repousse on us, we can not loose guard. We can not afford to fail our electorates, we can not afford to lose our integrity in the comity of nations,” he added.
