Naira value appreciates against U.S. dollar at official market

The naira on Wednesday appreciated at the official market trading at N1,371.82 against the U.S. dollar.
According to data released on the Central Bank of Nigeria’s official website, the naira gained N14.83.
This represents a one per cent increase compared with N1,386.65 per dollar recorded on Tuesday.
Naira, which had experienced relative stability, posted marginal losses over three consecutive trading sessions before rebounding on Wednesday.
