Nasarawa lawmaker distributes motorcycles, solar streetlights to constituents

The lawmaker representing Uke/Karshi constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Musa Gude, on Monday, distributed seven motorcycles to five APC ward coordinators and two constituents to boost party activities in the area.
Mr Gude also announced the employment of additional 130 personal assistants (PAs), binging the number of his aides to 232.
He further announced a donation of 20 solar systems to the constituency.
In a speech at the event in Karshi, Karu LGA of the state, he said the gesture was to demonstrate his commitment towards improving his people’s standard of living.
He said: “Today, I am distributing seven motorcycles to my five APC wards coordinators and two of my constituents.
“Again, I am paying N10,000 each to my over 232 PAs, both new and old, totalling N2.32 million monthly.
“All these gestures are meant to change the standard of living of my people positively,” he said.
Mr Gude called on the beneficiaries to ensure judicious use of the items.
He assured them of his continued sound and good representation at the Assembly.
“You are all aware of what I have done and still doing and by God’s grace, I will continue to do more,” he said.
He called on the constituents and residents of the state at large to continue to support Governor Abdullahi Sule and APC to succeed beyond 2027.
Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Kabiru Mohammed, from Karshi One Ward, thanked the lawmaker for the gesture and prayed God to bless him more abundantly.
Mr Mohammed also assured him of their loyalty and support beyond 2027.
