National Convention: Screening of aspirants to hold October 28, says PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party says screening of all aspirants contesting for various national offices in the 2025 PDP Elective National Convention will be held on Tuesday.
Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, who is the chairman of the convention’s organising committee, announced this in a statement.
The screening, according to Mr Fintiri, will be held at the committee’s Secretariat Conference Hall, Legacy House, Maitama, Abuja, at 2:00 p.m., while the screening of the appeal committee will be held on Thursday.
“To this effect, Monday, October 27, has been approved as the last date for the submission of already completed expression of interest and nomination forms by all aspirants to the NCOC Secretariat,” he said.
Mr Fintiri added that all aspirants, critical stakeholders, and party members should note the dates and be guided accordingly.
The national convention is slated for November 15 and 16 in Ibadan.
