Pastor Toye Ebijomore of God’s Anointed and Blessed Church International has urged Nigerians to remain steadfast in their faith, stating that national healing requires a collective spiritual commitment.

Mr Ebijomore, founder and general overseer of the church, stressed the need for divine intervention, saying human efforts alone cannot defeat insurgency and banditry troubling the country.

He made this fresh appeal during his sermon on Sunday, held at the church headquarters in Akure, Ondo State capital.

Mr Ebijomore revealed in his prophecies that God instructed him to tell President Bola Tinubu to call for national prayers.

The cleric said he previously reached out to the president through letters, press releases, and conferences, urging him to address the worsening insecurity with spiritual action.

Mr Ebijomore stressed that a national prayer conference is vital, warning that without it, Nigeria would continue battling insecurity without lasting results.

“I know since God revealed the vision of national prayer and I shared it, several groups have suggested alternative ideas.

“However, no human idea or plan can replace God’s directive or offer a truly divine solution to Nigeria’s problems,” he said.

He also referenced a recent report where Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno declared a day of fasting and prayer to seek divine help against security challenges.

Mr Ebijomore insisted the prayer conference is not optional but a command from God, as stated clearly in his prophecies.

He urged the national prayer team to remain strong in faith, assuring them that Nigeria’s restoration would occur within their lifetime.
