This is contained in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, on Saturday in Minna.
Mr Bago described the president and Jagaban Borgu as “a master strategist, inspiring, focused and progressive leader”.
He said Mr Tinubu’s mentees across Nigeria showed his “detribalised leadership and commitment to human capital development”.
According to the governor, Nigeria is experiencing transformation across sectors through the president’s “Renewed Hope Agenda”, driven by reforms, policies, and programmes.
Mr Bago commended the president’s resilience, doggedness, and leadership in growing the economy for the benefit of Nigerians.
While acknowledging security challenges in parts of the country, he expressed confidence that the administration would overcome them.
He appreciated the president for his support and for considering him as his “first son”, saying he does not take it for granted.
He prayed for Allah’s guidance, protection, sound health, and wisdom for continued selfless and result-oriented service to humanity.
