The Minister of Steel Development, Shuaibu Abubakar, has urged Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’.
The minister made the call in his special message to felicitate with Christians as they mark Easter on Sunday.
“As we celebrate, I encourage all Nigerians to remain hopeful and supportive of the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr President, which is geared towards delivering transformative change and sustainable growth for our country,” he said.
He reaffirmed his belief in the agenda and expressed confidence that it would bring meaningful development and progress to the nation.
The minister, who described Easter as a season of renewal and hope, said it reminded us of the strength and resilience within our communities and the nation.
Mr Abubakar urged Nigerians to reflect on the deeper significance of the season, a time that symbolised hope following sacrifice and the promise of a brighter future.
According to him, Christians should emulate the selfless love of Jesus Christ by showing compassion, understanding, and unity in their daily lives.
“Easter offers an important opportunity for reflection, gratitude, and a renewed commitment to the values that unite us kindness, compassion, unity, and peace.
“May this season bring joy, renewal, and enduring peace to every home,” he said
