Nigerians urged to trust God, Tinubu govt to overcome insecurity, hardship

Nigerians have been urged to put their trust in God and President Bola Tinubu’s government in tackling and overcoming the nation’s security and economic challenges.
Eric Akinsanmi, Kogi 1 Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) provincial pastor, made the call on Sunday at a thanksgiving service of a three-day programme in Lokoja.
The cleric, who spoke on the topic “Awesome God,” said that if only Nigerians could have the fear of God at heart and completely obey him, he would surprise the nation by showing his mightiness.
Mr Akinsanmi said God could give Mr Tinubu’s administration the wisdom and understanding on how to turn around the woes of the nation into greatness and wealth.
“But all it takes is for Nigerians to fear and recognise God’s awesomeness and power to turn around our security and economic challenges for the better.
“God, in His infinite mercy, can put a stop to the evil and wickedness being visited on Nigeria by enemies of progress and transform it to greatness,” Mr Akinsanmi said.
