Nollywood star Francis Duru mourns as son Ifeanyi dies

Veteran Nollywood actor Francis Duru has announced the demise of his son, Ifeanyi.
Duru posted the news on Instagram on Thursday, expressing his grief.
Duru shared a photo of Ifeanyi, accompanied by a heartfelt caption.
“My champ!! My lion…you fought like a lion…if this is the way He wants it, so be it. I still judge you faithful… Ifeanyi my champ… I will miss you son… I will forever love you… Rest in peace son…rest… I give you thanks Lord!” Duru said.
Months before this tragic event, Duru posted a picture of Ifeanyi on December 2O23, to celebrate his 15th birthday, showcasing their love and joy.
Meanwhile, fans, colleagues and well-wishers have condoled with the Nollywood actor and his family.
