Oyo State High Court would embark on Easter recess from April 14 to April 21, the state Chief Judge, Munta Abimbola, has said.
Mr Abimbola said this in a statement on Wednesday in Ibadan.
“In exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 4(b) of Order 45 of the High Court (civil procedure) Rules 2010, by virtue of all other powers enabling me on that behalf, I, therefore, appoint the period.
“The recess will commence from April 14 to April 21, 2022, the two dates are inclusive as Easter recess of the High Court of Justice of Oyo State,” he said.
Mr Abimbola said that during the period, civil actions might be heard where such actions were urgent or a judge at the request of all the parties concerned, agreed to hear such actions.
