Philippe Coutinho joins Aston Villa on loan, reunites with Gerrard

Brazilian striker Philippe Coutinho has joined English Premier League side Aston Villa on loan for the rest of the season.
Aston Villa announced this in a statement on their facebook page on Friday.
“Welcome, Philippe Coutinho! Aston Villa and FC Barcelona have agreed terms for Philippe Coutinho to spend the rest of this season on loan at Villa Park,” the statement reads.
This move will see Coutinho, 29, reunite with his former teammate Steven Gerrard, who is coach at Villa Park.
The duo of Gerrard and Coutinho played for Liverpool between 2013-2015, before Coutinho left Liverpool for Barcelona.
