Please God, live peacefully with people, CAC leader tells clerics

The Orogun Regional Superintendent of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Emmanuel Famuyide, has urged clerics to always maintain good relationships with people while discharging their duties.
Mr Famuyide gave the charge during the Ministers Conference at the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Oke-Segun, Moore, Ile-Ife, on Friday.
The conference is part of the three-day crusade organised by the CAC Nigeria and Overseas, Orogun Regional, Ile-Ife, with the theme “The Lord is your Keeper.”
Mr Famuyide noted that clerics must “first conquer their self-defeating battle” before fighting spiritual battle.
According to him, for ministers of God to succeed, they have to allow their way to please God and leave peacefully with people.
The regional superintendent admonished them to be of good character, saying, “Without maintaining peace with all men, no one will see God.”
Mr Famuyide emphasised that spiritual connection and inner richness were essential to overcoming adversity.
He equally urged the public to find solace in prayer and self-reflection, using these practices as tools to navigate the current challenges in the country.
