Police arraign man, 24, over alleged house breaking, theft

The defendant, whose house address was not provided, is standing trial on a three-count charge of house breaking, stealing and breach of peace.
The prosecutor, Inspector Olubu Apata, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on August 4 at about 10:00 a.m at Odo Aremu Street in Ado-Ekiti.

In her ruling, the Chief Magistrate, Taiwo Ajibade, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum.
She adjourned the case until September 24 for hearing.
