Police launch manhunt for singer Trevboi over murder of man at Lagos nightclub

The police in Lagos State have initiated a manhunt for singer “Trevboi” in connection with the alleged shooting to death of a man in the Fadeyi area on Friday night.
The command’s spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed this on his verified Twitter handle on Monday.
A Twitter user, @cloud_target, alleged that the suspect killed his friend, Kenny, at a nightclub on Friday during an argument.
“Shot and killed my friend at Bar 38 Club, Fadeyi. Known as Trevboi. He’s armed and dangerous.
“Wherever you are Trevboi, you’ll pay the price, ” he posted.
However, Mr Hundeyin said the police had begun investigating the matter.
“The suspect abandoned his car and fled on foot,” the police spokesperson said. “The car and the documents in it are in our custody.”
