Shettima in Kwara for Gov. AbdulRasaq’s inauguration as Sardauna of Ilorin

Vice President Kashim Shettima has landed in Ilorin for the turbaning of Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as the Sardauna of Ilorin.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday by the govetnor, he said Mr Shettima was received at the airport by governors, ministers, senators, and Chairman of BUA Group, Samad Rabiu GCON.
The post noted that Mr Shettima would inaugurate two major projects today as part of activities for the ceremony.
The projects are the Kwara Garment factory, a signature project of the AbdulRazaq administration that will hire at least 4,000 people at full capacity, and the 11-storey Kwara Revenue Service (KWRS) building funded with savings from consultancy fees that could have been paid out.
The Peoples Gazette reported on Tuesday that Mr Abdulrazaq would be conferred with the title of Sardauna of Ilorin.
