Social media agog as TikTok couple Peller, Jarvis marry

Nigerian content creators and social media personalities, Hamzat Adelaja, aka Peller, and Elizabeth Amadou, aka Jarvis, have formalised their marital union ahead of their anticipated wedding ceremony. The couple disclosed this in a joint Instagram post on Wednesday.
“Congratulations to us. The first chapter of our forever starts here. Court wedding done, forever to go,” the post stated.
It featured photographs of the newlyweds in matching wedding attire.
They also acknowledged members of the team that handled the ceremony, including their stylist, photographer, makeup artist and event planner.
The announcement has attracted congratulatory messages from celebrities, colleagues and fans, with many offering prayers and well wishes ahead of their white wedding.
Media personality Kemity congratulated the couple, while gospel singer Ebuka Songs stated, “Big Congratulations Ogo.”
Actress Jenni Frank, content creator Oye Olohun TV and several other entertainers also extended goodwill messages, wishing the couple a successful marriage.
Fans flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages, with many describing the wedding as “the beginning of a beautiful journey” for the couple.
Peller and Jarvis, who rose to prominence through their engaging livestreams and social media content, had earlier announced plans to hold their wedding ceremony on August 1.
The couple became popular through TikTok, where their comedy skits, live streams, prank videos and relationship-centred content regularly attract millions of views.
Their relationship has gained huge traction online, making news of their wedding one of the trending entertainment stories on social media.
