“What I will advise is that probably if some punitive measures can be established or be carried out against erring states or states with a certain number of advanced pregnancies.”
He said the first batch of the pilgrims were from all the 16 local government areas of the state.
Mr Malik specifically said the amount was fixed pending the announcement of the actual fare by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
