The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps have arrested AbdulRauf Ambali, 40, for defiling his 14-year-old daughter.
The defendants, of undisclosed residential addresses, faced a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and stealing.
The prosecutor alleged that the defendants stole one Bajaj motorcycle valued at N220,000, belonging to Mamuda Mohammed.
Mr Tellang said the defendants conspired to exhume the body of one late Oyindamola Olosunde and cut off her left breast.
The Lagos police command on Friday arraigned Muyiwa Edun, 40, before the Ikeja Chief Magistrate’s Court for stealing an N2.5 million Suzuki minibus.
The court heard that the defendant with one other at large, conspired and stole N70 million belonging to Wema Bank.
All the victims were residents of Adiyani village, said the police command in Jigawa.
The prosecutor said the defendants resorted to “self-help” in evicting the tenant.
“This is an abuse of human rights and the legal justice. This can’t set a precedent that America can choose to punish somebody who is telling a truth.”
The defendants were caught issuing forged Oyo government tickets and documents to unsuspecting motorists.
