“Their petition lacked merit and is dismissed,” the court held.
“If they have the passion to serve, we can work together because there is room for everyone.”
The governorship election petitions tribunal is set to deliver judgment on Monday (today).
In the application, Mr Adediran prayed the tribunal grant him more time to bring more witnesses in the interest of justice and fair hearing.
Mr Adediran urged all workers to celebrate with hope, knowing that they had an advocate in him.
The APC chair claimed that despite intimidation and subtle inducement from the opposition, the electorate stood its ground with the APC.
Mr Abdulazeez Adediran said his team had made effort to dismantle the political dynasty in the state.
“Voting starts by 8:00 a.m., and there is a police curfew for midnight on election day. We are not doing anything different from what the police have done.”
The Labour Party assured the workers that they had nothing to worry about should he emerge as governor.
In a video recording, officials of the agency were filmed dancing to the rhythm of a song, “whoever we must have offended, please forgive us.”
