The prosecutor said the defendant unlawfully entered the property and willfully damaged the CCTV camera, valued at N2 million.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to a three-count charge of conspiracy, kidnapping and illegal prevention.
The magistrate, Abosede Sarumi, did not grant bail to the defendant but ordered his remand at the Ile-Ife Correctional Centre.
Ms Sarumi adjourned the case until June 30 for mention.
Mr Abdullahi said that the defendants stole a Galaxy A05 phone, valued at N175,000 belonging to the complainant, Adereti Ojo.
