The anti-graft agency is seeking forfeiture of the properties suspected to be proceeds of unlawful activities.
The judge adjourned the matter until June 23 for the continuation of the trial.
The judge vowed not to entertain rascality from any of the lawyers.
Mr Malami and his son are alleged to have in December 2025, connived to commit acts of terrorism.
