NHRC boss Tony Ojukwu emphasised the commitment in a statement by Olayemi John-Mensah, ACCI spokeswoman, on Saturday.
The problems mainly are with the states and local governments.
Some financial and economic experts have advised the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria to retain the lending rate of 24.75 per cent.

The president of ACCI, Emeka Obegolu, said the chamber would ensure this through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
“Also, the number of active internet subscribers was 159,034,717 million, with broadband penetration at 45.57 per cent as of August 2023.”Â
The trade fair was earlier postponed as a result of thug violence last month.
