He reaffirmed the division’s commitment to professionalism in the discharge of its constitutional responsibilities.
Mr Osoba said the camp was set ablaze before the troops tactically withdrew from the area.
Mr Onubogu advised commanders and staff officers of the division to remain committed to the goals of the COAS’ command philosophy.
The spokesperson said several camps of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Eastern Security Network members along Umulolo-Umukele-Amousu and Agbobu in Imo were destroyed.

Mr Yahaya said the troops swiftly moved to the area and saw the bandits.
“Two of the bandits were neutralised while others fled in disarray.’’
Mr Ekeocha advised communities living in and around the cantonment not to panic on hearing the sounds of gunfire during the period.
