Mr Iliya called on the residents of Adamawa to conduct themselves peacefully during the president’s visit.
The crisis stemmed from a lingering farmland dispute between the Bachama and Tsoho (Chobo) communities.
The programme is targeting no fewer than 1.1 million children.
“Some of the items to be recycled include chairs, beds, interlock tiles, among others,” he said.
He said that the animals were vaccinated against haemorrhagic septicaemia, contagious bovine and small ruminant plagues.
He also noted that Adamawa was among the states affected by insecurity and had witnessed displacement.
He said cholera cases in Adamawa had been drastically decreased due to the government’s efforts and its partnership with relevant agencies in the state.
The Adamawa government says it has committed more than N15 billion to women’s empowerment towards viable economic activities.
The commissioner said Mr Tinubu’s initiative was in line with Governor Umar Fintiri’s determination to invest in agriculture to improve food security.
Ms Kufukto said four broadcast studios would be constructed in the broadcasting corporation, adding that they would be remodelled to stand the test of time.
