The command added that the suspect will be charged to court after the completion of investigation.
The police said the suspect rejected a court summons served him by the deceased and stabbed him.
“The deceased took the unfortunate decision a few hours after the death of her boyfriend.’’
“He descended on me and started beating me instead of divorcing me.”
According to him, the investigation reveals that the suspects have been committing the offence since December 2022.
The suspect took advantage of his neighbour’s absence and lured their nine-year-old daughter into his room.
Mr. Nguroje said those acts could mislead security personnel and create fear in the minds of peace-loving people.
