Mr Adetimehin accused the members of the NURTW of violently disrupting a scheduled stakeholders meeting of the ruling party ahead of ward congresses.
The state chairman of the APC, Ade Adetimehin, will officially receive the defectors at an event slated for next Wednesday.
Ms Babalola also appealed to political parties and their supporters to eschew violence on election day and after the poll.
The PDP accused the state APC chairman, Ade Adetimehin, of submitting lists of party members to serve as presiding and assistant presiding officers for the poll.
APC national chairman Abdullahi Ganduje has appealed to the party leaders in Ondo to work together for its victory in the November 16 governorship election.
He urged political parties, civil society organisations, and the media to mobilise registered voters to collect their PVCs.
“I bear no grudge against anybody. Nobody has offended me. All you did during the primary was to demonstrate your democratic freedom,” said Mr Aiyedatiwa.
Mr Aiyedatiwa said that a cohesive and united front was essential to achieving a common goal.
“We must ensure that all the other 15 aspirants must come together to ensure we win the November 16 election,” said the Ondo governor.
The chairman of the state APC, Ade Adetimehin, on Tuesday, said the party was worried about how the aspirants have engaged in violence and name-calling.
