He said the assembly was primarily concerned about the abuse of social media platforms through the deliberate spread of falsehood and misleading information.
“The assembly remains focused on delivering democratic dividends and supporting policies that promote peace, security and socio-economic development,” said Mr Ogundoyin.
He urged the state government to deploy operatives of the Amotekun Corps, the Nigeria Police Force and other security agencies to schools across the state.
