The committee comprised security chiefs of the FCT, Benue, Kaduna, Kogi, Nasarawa, Niger and Plateau States.
According to the state commissioner of police, Adebowale Williams, 49 of the arrested suspects were males, while 29 were females.
The suspects were arrested in possession of various charms and clothes with the inscription: “Yoruba Nation Police, Yoruba Nation Army.”
Present at the meeting were the heads of NSCDC, FRSC, Nigerian Army, Customs, NDLEA, SSS, Nigeria Correctional Service, among others.
The arrested hoodlums were found in possession of fire arms, 176 cartridges, cutlasses, axe and charms among others.
Mr Williams said that the command had uncovered plans by some groups to launch vicious attacks in some parts of Ibadan metropolis.

Mr Baraka was allegedly matcheted by suspected hoodlums on Wednesday after a heated argument at his parents’ family compound in Oyo town.
The deceased attempted to have sexual intercourse with his wife who resisted the move.
The police on Wednesday engaged suspected kidnappers in a gun duel on the highway and eventually forced the hoodlums to run away.
