Justice James Omotosho held that the SSS had made out a prima facie case against Mr Kanu for him to enter his defence in the alleged terrorism trial.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to charges against them.
All the parties agreed that the cross examination of the witness should be adjourned till tomorrow, June 15.
The 50-year-old man told the court that “I also want the custody of my four children because she lacks good manners.”
The two members who lost their lives in active service were Okechukwu Okoye and Nnamdi Okafor, who represented Aguata Constituency l and Awka South Constituency l, respectively.
The police officer added that the defendant was apprehended following a tip-off by a bank he went to withdraw the money.
