The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) is challenging the February 25 election victory of President Bola Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mr Oloketuyi also said that the movie premiere would be hosted by the governor of Lagos state, Babjide Sanwo- Olu, on June 12 at a yet-to-be-announced venue.
Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani, however, adjourned the case till Monday, June 5 for continuation of hearing.
The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has asked the presidential election petitions tribunal to adjourn hearing until June 9.
The witnesses are a pharmacist and an INEC collation officer, a chartered accountant and INEC collation officer and a legislator and legal practitioner.
The six states are Rivers, Benue, Cross River, Niger, Osun and Ekiti.
“We are objecting to all except the ones listed by INEC,” said Mr Fagbemi on behalf of the APC.
Two of Peter Obi’s lawyers are under the weather and unable to argue Mr Obi and Labour Party’s case in court.
The minister also commended Nigerians for their strident efforts at achieving an unbroken civilian rule and successful change of governments since 1999.
