The state Commissioner for Health, Afam Obidike, made the disclosure at a stakeholders’ meeting on Ebola preparedness held on Wednesday in Awka.
The Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu governments say they have activated all necessary response mechanisms to prevent the spread of Ebola Virus Disease.
Mr Obidike reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to ensuring a successful campaign.
Governor Chukwuma Soludo has rehabilitated 130 primary healthcare centres across the state within his three years in office.

Mr Obidike said the panel found that Ms Ezeihejiofor refused to examine the pregnant woman or provide a referral letter when she visited the centre.
He said the ban aimed to uphold high healthcare standards, protect public health, and prevent potential health risks.
